This privacy policy is the basis on which the XBit GmbH processes and uses the personal data. XBit GmbH complies with the applicable data protection laws. This data protection regulation will be updated, adapted and supplemented from time to time. With every new visit to our website, the current version is valid.

This website can be visited without providing personal information. These social media platforms have their own privacy policies, which XBit GmbH has no influence on. However, XBit GmbH cannot guarantee data security for data transmitted by users and rejects any liability in this regard. Every data transmission is at the user’s own risk.

9. final clause
Should individual parts or provisions of this data protection regulation be deemed void or ineffective, the validity of the data protection regulation shall not be affected in other respects. The place of jurisdiction and the applicable law shall apply in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
